Your ideas and proposals will be valuable contributions that are always considered. * **Autonomy and trust:** From day one, we trust your abilities, delegating responsibilities and giving you the autonomy to make key decisions, with continuous support from your managers. **What will your responsibilities be as an IT Systems Administrator?** **Microsoft 365 platform management**: Administration of users, licenses, Exchange, Teams, Intune, Defender, Purview, etc. **System monitoring**: Using Zabbix to supervise infrastructure status and anticipate incidents. **Specialized technical support**: Resolving complex tickets, providing remote assistance, and supporting users. **Network administration**: Configuring and maintaining switches, Wi\-Fi, VLANs, firewalls, and VPNs. **Asset management**: Hardware/software inventory control, support in purchasing and equipment renewal. **Documentation and continuous improvement**: Recording technical processes, proposing optimizations, and implementing security best practices. **Requirements** Minimum education: Higher Vocational Training Cycle in Computer Science or equivalent. Minimum experience: At least 2 years in a similar role. **Solid technical knowledge in:** Microsoft 365 platforms, Intune, Defender. Monitoring with Zabbix or other systems. LAN/WAN networks, switch and firewall configuration. Certifications (Microsoft 365, Azure, Cisco, etc.) are a plus. **What will help you succeed at Synergym?
