We are looking for a proactive and meticulous Guarantees Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for managing, processing, and monitoring the entire lifecycle of guarantees and sureties. * Manage and process the issuance, modification, and cancellation of bank guarantees and sureties with financial institutions and public agencies. * Analyze guarantee requirements from various departments or clients. * Review and ensure compliance of legal and contractual documentation related to guarantees. * Maintain direct communication with banks and insurance companies. * Monitor expiration dates and manage fees and commissions.
