We are seeking a **Financial Director** at **Open References** for one of our clients. We are looking for a Financial Director to define and propose financial strategies aligned with the company's objectives, analyze risks and opportunities, and optimize costs to maximize profitability. The role will be responsible for ensuring compliance with tax and financial obligations, supervising liquidity, coordinating audits, and leading accounting and treasury teams. Additionally, the candidate will develop analysis tools and manage relationships with banks and investment funds. **What we expect from you:** * Degree in Economics. * Degree in Economics and/or Controller. * Minimum 10 years of relevant experience (recommended). * English is valued but not essential. **Your responsibilities:** * Define and propose financial strategy in line with company objectives. * Analyze risks and opportunities. * Prepare and present investment plans. * Ensure compliance with tax and financial obligations. * Manage capital structure. * Supervise company liquidity and cash flow. * Optimize costs. * Maximize profitability. * Supervise internal and external audits. * Guarantee compliance with accounting and tax regulations. * Implement financial control policies. * Assess financial risks and establish mitigation strategies. * Present periodic financial reports to partners. * Negotiate with banks and investment funds. * Coordinate the accounting, treasury, and finance team (2\-3 people reporting). * Implement analysis and management tools. * Develop improvement strategies for financial processes, among others. **What we offer:** * Full-time, 40 hours per week. * Permanent contract. * Reduced working hours during summer. * On-site work mode. * Salary from 40\.000€ to 50\.000€ gross annually (12 monthly payments). * Working hours from Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00. * Opportunities for growth and development within a rapidly expanding project. * Others.
