Reporting directly to the organization’s management and collaborating closely with the communications team, the selected candidate will carry out the responsibilities outlined in this job posting. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Production and/or management of the organization’s communication content Develop and implement the organization’s communication plan. Develop and execute communication campaigns for events, projects, activities, and key dates. Take photographs and supervise photos taken by collaborators. Produce promotional videos for the organization and its projects. Prepare the Annual Activity Report. Design posters and graphic documents for the organization, images for social media, etc. Coordinate and supervise external graphic design and/or video editing services. Management of multiple websites Generate high-value content across all sections of the organization’s websites. Manage relationships and resolve issues with the web hosting and domain provider for jovesolides websites. Web analytics: periodic preparation of website traffic reports (Google Analytics). Social Media Management Create high-value content across all our social media profiles: Facebook, X, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Tik\-Tok, etc. Social media analytics: periodic preparation of social media impact reports. Supervise content published by the Jovesólides team on social media. Respond to comments posted by followers across various online platforms (social listening and digital reputation management). Establish and maintain relationships with our stakeholders through content. Media Relations Draft and distribute press releases, official statements, etc. Invite media representatives and host them at organizational events. Email Newsletters and Digital Campaigns Prepare periodic Jovesólides email newsletters. Prepare special email newsletters for major events or campaigns. Spokesperson and Participation in Activities Act as spokesperson and represent the organization when official spokespersons are unavailable due to scheduling conflicts. Archiving Organize and maintain up-to-date archives of photos, videos, graphic materials, general corporate branding, and project-specific branding. Custody and management of Jovesólides’ audiovisual equipment (cameras, memory cards, tripods, etc.). Training and Coordination of Communication Tasks for the Team Deliver communication-related training to the organization’s technical and volunteer staff. Lead and guide the organization’s human team in carrying out communication tasks. Data Protection and Privacy Policy Responsibility Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations. REQUIREMENTS Mandatory academic background in Communication, Journalism, Audiovisual Communication, Marketing and Advertising, Graphic Design, or equivalent academic training. Specialized training in social media management (Community Manager and digital communication). Minimum three years of professional experience in roles similar to those described above. Specialized knowledge and hands-on experience managing social media (Facebook, X, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.). Specialized knowledge and hands-on experience managing web content in WordPress. Familiarity with AI tools specifically designed for communication. Strong writing and synthesis skills. Fluent, agile, and effective communication skills. Intermediate/advanced level of English. Proven experience coordinating volunteers and/or interns. Valid Class B1 driver’s license and personal vehicle. Cross-cutting competencies: Creativity, proactivity, teamwork, autonomy, optimism, analytical and problem-solving ability, technical and personal reliability, and prudence. Up-to-date knowledge of third-sector news, political developments, and particularly the organization’s areas of intervention. Strong organizational, time-management, and deadline-compliance skills. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Knowledge of Valencian (spoken and written). Volunteer experience with socially oriented organizations. Previous experience in similar positions within social organizations. WORKING CONDITIONS Permanent contract. Six-month probationary period. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00–15:00, plus two afternoons per week from 16\.00 to 18:00\. Flexibility required for occasional weekend and out-of-hours activities; compensation provided according to collective agreement. Full-time schedule: 39 hours per week. Start date: February 2026 Salary negotiable based on candidate’s experience and qualifications, and in accordance with the National Collective Agreement for Social Action and Intervention.
