You will serve as the day-to-day client contact, managing briefs, coordinating internal teams, and ensuring work is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role is ideal for a highly organized, proactive, and confident individual who thrives managing multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced production environment. **Responsibilities** * Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for key client stakeholders. * Manage and interpret incoming briefs, ensuring clarity on objectives, deliverables, and timelines. * Coordinate internal teams, including creative, design, production, and delivery. * Develop timelines, cost estimates, and project documentation. * Ensure smooth workflow among various stakeholders, managing approvals and feedback cycles. * Track project progress, risks, and changes—escalating as needed. * Support strategic account growth by identifying value-add opportunities. * Maintain accurate financial tracking, budget updates, and reconciliations. Contribute to client pitches, proposals, and presentations. * **Requirements** * Experience as a Senior Account Executive / Account Supervisor in agencies, production houses, or creative environments. * Strong understanding of creative and production workflows for digital, social, and integrated campaigns. * Excellent project management and organizational skills. * Confidence communicating with clients and internal stakeholders. * Ability to manage multiple deadlines while maintaining attention to detail. * Financial acumen, including cost estimation, budget tracking, and reporting. * Positive, solution-oriented attitude and proactive problem-solving approach. * Familiarity with project management tools and delivery platforms.
