Participation in parametric design and development of mechanical components At Iddtek, we are seeking a Product Design and Development Engineer to join our product development unit to work on an interesting project from Mieres. The selected candidate will participate in the design and development of mechanical components, collaborating with engineering and production teams to ensure the technical and functional feasibility of designs. The selected candidate will perform the following responsibilities: * Participate in parametric design and development of mechanical components using Siemens NX. * Collaborate with engineering and production teams. * Add value and collaborate with departments such as processes and production. * Apply knowledge of material behavior. * Higher Vocational Training qualification and/or Technical Engineering degree. * 3 years’ experience in mechanical component design, preferably in the automotive sector. * Advanced proficiency in parametric design software, ideally NX; other tools also considered. * Knowledge of material behavior. * Minimum English level B2. * Knowledge of calculation methods is desirable.
