




Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Night Receptionist in hospitality to provide customer service, manage reservations, handle billing, and resolve incidents. Key Highlights: 1. Resolution of complaints and incidents At The Lights Hostel \& City Rooms, we are looking for a NIGHT RECEPTIONIST. Minimum Requirements: \- Experience in hospitality or customer service. \- High level of English and Spanish. \- Intermediate-to-advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google tools, and general computer skills. \- Ability to work effectively in a team. \- Adaptability to various situations and/or customers. \- Availability to work night shifts and weekends. Responsibilities: \* Front desk customer service. \* Responding to customer information requests. \* Informing and advising on tourism services. \* Managing phone calls and emails. \* Maintaining the workstation and reporting any anomalies. \* Managing room reservations and sales. \* Handling guest check-ins and check-outs. \* Billing, collections, and cash register closing. \* Managing customer complaints and resolving incidents. \* Coordinating with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations. \* Cleaning common areas. \* Document management.
