DESCRIPTION At *Soluciona Mi Deuda*, we are seeking to expand our Legal Department with a Legal Analysis Internship position, whose mission will be to defend our clients' interests in the field of banking litigation. ### **Responsibilities:** * Review and analysis of contractual matters related to consumer law concerning financial products subscribed between clients and financial institutions (loans, credit cards, microloans, etc.). * Assessment of the legal viability of claims through interpretation of applicable regulations, analysis of relevant case law, and development of legal strategy. * Assistance in completing reports. * Case file management. * Daily collaboration with the team of lawyers and other departments within the company. REQUIREMENTS * Law degree holder. * Master’s degree providing access to the legal profession is desirable. * Possibility of carrying out curricular or extracurricular Master’s internships is desirable. * Organized individual, eager to learn and work as part of a team. ### **What do we offer?** * Paid 6-month internship: €600/month. * Full-time (on-site): Monday–Thursday 9:00–18:30, Friday 9:00–15:00. * Opportunity for indefinite employment upon completion of the internship.
