At **Grúas Sáez S.L.**, a Spanish multinational company and international reference in the design and manufacturing of tower cranes, self-erecting cranes, and formwork systems for construction, we are seeking to hire an **Industrial Electromechanic** for our factories located in Murcia. **Responsibilities:** * Assembly and adjustment of mechanical and electrical components in cranes. * Wiring, connection, and verification of control and power electrical systems. * Assembly of parts, structures, and systems according to drawings and technical specifications. * Work at height during component assembly. * Quality verification and functional testing of assembled equipment. * Collaboration with the production team to ensure process efficiency. * Compliance with the company’s established safety and quality standards. **Minimum Requirements** * Minimum of 1 year’s prior experience in electromechanical assembly of machinery or industrial equipment. * Training in Electromechanics, Mechatronics, Industrial Electricity, or related fields. * Knowledge of interpreting electrical and mechanical drawings. * Commitment to safety in industrial environments and work at height. * Teamwork ability, attention to detail, and sense of responsibility. **We Offer:** * Full-time position, with intensive working hours + two afternoons per week. * Permanent contract. * Continuous training and opportunities for professional development. * Competitive salary, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
