Tasks * Assist in reservation management and customer service, ensuring a positive guest experience. * Collaborate with the team to update guest information prior to arrival. * Support in coordinating check-ins, facilitating a smooth transition for guests and the cleaning team. * Participate in resolving guest inquiries and issues, providing quick and effective solutions. * Contribute to continuous improvement of internal processes by collecting guest feedback.
