We don’t just design ideas—we build them with our own team of bricklayers, meticulously overseeing every detail from the first sketch to handover. We seek an **Estimates Technician / Quantity Surveyor** (Technical Architect, Building Surveyor, or equivalent) eager to become the pivotal link between design and the economic reality of our projects. **What are we looking for in you?** * **Experience:** Between **3 and 6 years** in estimating or site management roles. * **Education:** Technical Architecture, Building Surveying, or Civil Engineering (Construction Specialization). * **Tools:** Technical proficiency in **Arquímedes** and advanced Excel. * **Qualities:** Ability to work with **autonomy**, numerical rigor, and a proactive attitude to propose process improvements. **What will you do daily?** **\- Evolving Cost Estimation:** You will prepare estimates ranging from the initial commercial budget to the detailed execution budget. **\- Critical Analysis:** You will review projects to identify inconsistencies, economic risks, or omitted items before they reach the construction site. **\- Economic Control:** You will calculate margins, analyze profitability per project, and carry out cash-flow forecasting. \+1 **\- Procurement Management:** You will conduct comparative analyses of subcontractor quotations and, if you’re up for it, participate in negotiating contract terms. **\- Technical Administration:** You will ensure full regulatory compliance (Health & Safety Plans, site opening procedures, subcontractor documentation). **\- Optimization:** You will help improve our databases and sales modules to enhance accuracy day by day.
