Main responsibilities include: * Engage with the production environment to identify improvement opportunities in existing production processes. * Enhance quality and productivity of production lines through improvement actions. * Attend daily meetings to gain an overall understanding of the production plant’s needs. * Lead and participate in new projects. * Accelerate continuous improvement processes. * Design and deliver workshops related to lean tools. * Lead problem-solving events. * Audit processes and projects. **Minimum Education Requirements** * Bachelor’s or Engineering degree. * A related Master’s degree is desirable. **Working Hours** Monday to Friday. **Salary** 33k
