Full job description We are hiring! Sales Representative for our ON AIR Fitness clubs in Malaga Armengual. 40-hour weekly contract with 2 days off. Are you young, dynamic, and passionate about sales? Our concept combines sports, music, and design to offer a unique gym experience. What are we looking for? Motivated salespeople with at least 1 year of sales experience (with KPIs and commissions). Organized individuals with good communication skills, positive attitude, and team spirit. Knowledge of English is desirable but not mandatory. Your responsibilities: Call potential customers and schedule appointments. Present the ON AIR concept and close subscriptions and service sales. Organize and participate in club events (contests, DJ sessions, etc.). Contribute to the proper maintenance of the club. Ensure opening/closing procedures and cash register control. Rotating shifts: Opening (from 6:00 AM) Afternoon shift (from 2:00 PM) Closing (until 12:00 AM) Availability to work weekends and holidays is essential.
