Job Summary: We are seeking a Graduated Technician (Intermediate or Advanced Level) to manage and execute installations, provide technical support in project design, and handle installation legalization. Long-term job stability and professional development **Description:** ---------------- PROYECTOS E INSTALACIONES MEL, S.L.U., a company specializing in the execution of plumbing, HVAC, gas, and Fire Protection Systems (FPS) installations in residential and industrial buildings, headquartered in Valladolid, is selecting a Graduated Technician (Intermediate or Advanced Level) for permanent employment. The selected candidate will actively participate in the management and execution of installations, as well as perform technical support tasks for the design, development, and adaptation of projects required for correct installation execution and subsequent legalization. Main responsibilities include: * Preparing technical studies and budgets for installation execution in residential and industrial buildings. * Interpreting drawings, schematics, and technical project documentation. * Supporting the design, review, and correction of technical installation projects in compliance with current regulations. * Collaborating in the planning and organization of on-site work. * Preparing and reviewing technical documentation for installation legalization (technical reports, schematics, certificates, as-built drawings, etc.). * Ensuring compliance with current regulations (RITE, CTE, Gas Regulations, FPS Regulations). The **requirements** are: * Intermediate or Advanced Vocational Training qualification, preferably in: * Maintenance of Thermal and Fluid Installations * Refrigeration and HVAC Installations * Building Projects or similar fields * Recent graduate profile or initial on-site experience. * Ability to interpret drawings and technical documentation. * Desirable: * Knowledge of RITE, CTE, gas, and FPS regulations. * Proficiency in AUTOCAD or other technical tools. * Valid driving license class B. * Proactive attitude, responsibility, and punctuality.
