CATALONIA HOTELS & RESORTS is seeking a young professional to join the team of Hotel Molina Lario, located in the heart of Málaga, as 2nd MAITRE. The main responsibilities include: • Lead, plan, and carry out all activities within the assigned area. • Ensure high-quality, professional, and efficient service to customers. • Be knowledgeable about and advise customers on various food and wine menu items. • Greet guests, escort them, and assign them to tables. • Gather customer satisfaction feedback during service. • Supervise the setup and restocking of meeting rooms or other event spaces. • Maintain restaurant/bar areas in perfect condition. ### **Requirements** • Minimum 3 years’ experience as a waiter in events and à la carte service. • Advanced English + Other languages valued • Outgoing personality, passion for customer service, and strong personal presence.
