




Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to carry out preventive maintenance tasks, resolve incidents, document procedures, and train staff on systems used in tourist and corporate apartments. Comprehensive facility management and technical support We are a company operating tourist and corporate apartments in Madrid, Barcelona, Málaga, Milan, Rome, Venice, and Turin. We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our multi-building team in Málaga. Responsibilities: · Perform preventive maintenance tasks to ensure proper operation of facilities. · Resolve various reported issues from Reception, Housekeeping, and Management. · Document and monitor external maintenance services. · Document alarm systems and their operation. · Create and update the Maintenance Logbook. · Train other staff members on inspection and operation of various systems and maintenance panels (boilers, smart home systems, lighting, etc.). · Manage and organize spare parts inventory. · Monitor building utility consumption (water, electricity, gas). · Assemble supplementary beds, cribs, and high chairs. · Compile a list of top suppliers for various materials and tools. · Install temporary screens and equipment as required (e.g., for meetings, presentations, etc.). Requirements: · Must have maintenance experience (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, etc.), preferably in hotels/apartments.
