




Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Leader to lead the maintenance and engineering department in a factory, managing technical areas, procurement, budgets, and legal compliance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead the maintenance and engineering department in a factory. 2. Supervise and manage technical areas, procurement, and suppliers. 3. Lead teams and coordinate preventive/corrective maintenance. A professional is required to lead the maintenance department and related engineering functions at the Antequera factory. Key responsibilities include supervising and managing various technical areas such as hydraulics, mechanics, electricity, electronics, industrial refrigeration, and welding. This involves carrying out both preventive and corrective maintenance on all machinery and factory facilities. Additionally, the role includes managing procurement and establishing relationships with suppliers. A key part of the job is preparing budgets, monitoring budget execution, and identifying and resolving any deviations. The candidate will also be responsible for all departmental documentation, ensuring compliance with current legal regulations. They must calculate, organize, and present key performance indicators, as well as prepare reports for senior management and other departments. The candidate must be able to interpret and analyze manuals, catalogs, drawings, and circuit diagrams. Ensuring compliance with all applicable legal requirements and regulations regarding Quality, Health and Safety, Environment, and Data Protection is essential. The candidate must also supervise mandatory industrial inspections and promote responsible use of resources such as water and electricity. Minimum 4 years of experience in similar positions. Education: Technical or Higher Industrial Engineering degree (Mechanical or Industrial specialization). Advanced knowledge of comprehensive mechanics, hydraulics, industrial mechanics, electricity, electronics, industrial refrigeration, and welding. Experience in managing and leading maintenance teams. Ability to handle incidents, organize resources, and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance tasks. Knowledge of spare parts management and budgeting. B1 level English proficiency is an advantage.
