#### **Your Responsibilities** This is a leading company in the processing and distribution of fish and seafood, standing out for its quality, freshness, and commitment to environmental sustainability. With a wide variety of fresh and frozen products, it serves the needs of retail, wholesale, and culinary sector customers through an efficient local and international distribution network. Currently, they are seeking to incorporate a **JUNIOR Industrial Organization Engineer to work as Production Manager****.** The selected candidate will be responsible for the following duties: * **Annual manufacturing budget:** estimation of requirements and capacities, **preparation of the annual improvement plan, budget monitoring and control, tracking of the improvement plan.** * **Weekly production scheduling:** propose and execute plans for processing raw materials according to the planned schedule, as well as schedule weekly production in the fresh and processed areas of the plant under the supervision of Plant Management. * **Production Management:** coordinate the team to meet the weekly plan, ensuring efficiency and compliance with regulations. It also involves coordination with Picking and Shipping to ensure complete service and inventory control. * **Monitoring and tracking of key production indicators:** monitor raw material consumption and process yields, identifying deviations and proposing corrective actions under the supervision of Plant Management. #### **Your Profile** * Industrial engineer specialized in industrial organization * One year of experience in management and planning roles within industrial companies, preferably in the food or pharmaceutical sectors, will be valued. * Analytical, decisive, with negotiation skills and emotional stability, able to withstand work under pressure and stress.
