Job Summary: This internship position offers a holistic view of planning, demand, and supply across three key areas of the company, developing skills in data analysis and supply chain management. Introduction to management systems such as Power BI and SAP **Mission** The objective of this internship is for the candidate to become familiar with **three different areas of the company**, gaining a holistic understanding of the planning, demand, and supply process: * **Demand Planning:** understanding demand requirements. * **Pharma Operations:** understanding internal planning. * **ESO (External Sites Operations):** insight into the operations of our **CMOs**. **Responsibilities** * Participation in the **IBP (Integrated Business Planning)** process. * Analysis of KPIs such as **Forecast Accuracy, BIAS, Service Level, OTIF**, among others. * Forecast analysis using the **FuturMaster** tool. * Anticipating potential stock issues arising from demand changes and proposing solutions to minimize impact. * Introduction to information management systems: **Power BI, SAP, Ortsoft, FuturMaster**, etc. * Monitoring and managing supply plans for both subsidiaries and partners. * Managing replenishment of finished products sourced from internal and external plants. * Tracking claims related to supply service. * Managing communication with suppliers (internal and external), identifying the first deliveries (batch, date, and quantity) that must incorporate changes to the finished product. * Optimizing obsolete finished products and packaging materials. * Introduction to capacity analysis. * Understanding the operation of a pharmaceutical manufacturing plant. **Education** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field, preferably pursuing a Master’s degree. * Advanced level of English. **Experience** * Prior experience in any of the departments mentioned is desirable. * Experience using any of the software tools mentioned is desirable. **Values and Competencies** * Self-motivated individual. * Ability to learn quickly.
