With over two decades of experience, HORMICRUZ, S.L. has established itself as a benchmark in the Spanish concrete industry, operating more than 10 production plants nationwide and committed to continuous improvement in efficiency and sustainability. **Job Description** -------------------------- We seek to hire a technically qualified professional for our Quality, Environmental Management and Occupational Health and Safety (PRL) Department, to assume all responsibilities typical of these areas across our production plants located in the Levante region. **Functions and Responsibilities** --------------------------------- * **Management and maintenance of Quality and Environmental Management Systems (ISO 9001 and 14001)**. * **Control and updating of environmental documentation** within the integrated management system. * Compliance with requirements set forth in Royal Decree 163/2019, dated 22 March, establishing the **Technical Instruction for Production Control of Ready-Mix Concrete**. * Monitoring compliance with applicable **environmental legislation** for the facility. * Knowledge of occupational health and safety (PRL), particularly regarding documentary control and joint supervision with external Prevention Services. * Coordination with other departments to ensure compliance with **environmental requirements**. **Requirements** -------------- * Solid knowledge of **ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015**. * Ability to perform **documentary control** of management systems and ensure compliance with current regulatory requirements, especially concerning environmental aspects. * Familiarity with **environmental legislation applicable to industrial facilities** (emissions, waste, discharges, fuels, packaging, water, Integrated Pollution Prevention and Control permits [AAI], European Pollutant Release and Transfer Register [PRTR]). * Proficiency in office software and **document management tools** (Excel, Word, corporate platforms). * Intermediate level of **technical English (minimum B2, certifiable)**. * Rigor, organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work cross-functionally across various departments. ### **Preferred Qualifications** * Training in **integrated management systems** (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 50001, 56001 and 27001). * Knowledge of fresh concrete and/or mortar. * Training as an **ISO internal auditor**. * Training in occupational health and safety (PRL). **What We Offer** ---------------- * Joining a solid and continuously developing company. * Job stability. * Initial and ongoing training on processes and facilities. * Possibility of enrollment in a private medical insurance plan.
