An organized, solution-oriented, discerning individual eager to contribute in a context where efficiency, customer experience, and continuous improvement are priorities. **Your Mission** Help make the Travel department’s operations increasingly agile, orderly, and efficient by collaborating on daily management, coordinating small initiatives, and improving processes, tools, and new technological solutions—including projects linked to **Artificial Intelligence**. **Your Responsibilities** · Manage and support daily tasks related to the Travel department. · Collaborate on small-scale improvement initiatives and operational projects. · Work with industry tools such as **Amadeus, Booking Pad**, and other platforms within the travel ecosystem. · Support the team in using systems and resolving operational needs. · Identify opportunities for improvement in processes, organization, and tools. · Participate in **AI projects applied to Travel**, contributing to use-case identification, functional testing, implementation of improvements, and internal adoption of new solutions. · Bridge business reality with a more structured, efficient, scalable, and technology-supported way of working. **What We’re Looking For** · Education in Tourism or IT, with relevant experience in the Travel sector.
