Job Summary: Téciman International is seeking a SOLIDWORKS Mechanical Drafter for the Chemical sector, responsible for component design, drawing interpretation, and support for industrialization. The Téciman team’s approach is reflected in the work we perform for our clients. For new projects in the **Chemical sector**, we require a **SOLIDWORKS MECHANICAL DRAFTER**. Reporting to the Project Director, your main responsibilities will be: **Responsibilities** * Design of structural metal components, composite materials, tooling, and articulated systems. * Interpretation and analysis of sketches, drawings, and basic documentation for construction projects; digitization of technical information. * Updating documentation associated with each component. * Bill-of-materials preparation and drawing interpretation. * Design and drafting of structures, assemblies, and bills-of-materials using AutoCAD and SolidWorks, performing CAD projects in 2D and 3D within the industrial sector; dimensioning detailed construction drawings, material lists, and items. * Bill-of-materials preparation and drawing interpretation for cutting, bending, etc. * Support for component industrialization in developed projects. * Development of graphical documentation for construction projects through the creation of two- and three-dimensional representations to ensure proper execution. * Review of validation tests and trials for bills-of-materials and commercial components. * Other duties as may arise within the department. **Requirements:** * Education in Mechanical Engineering, Vocational Training, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Design, or related field. * Proficiency in SolidWorks and AutoCAD is essential. * Experience in mechanical design, executing projects in both 2D and 3D. * Competence in dimensioning and preparation of part and assembly drawings, material lists. * Ability to perform analytical calculations for mechanical justification. * Knowledge of manufacturing processes for parts and assemblies. * Ability to understand customer technical specifications and develop compliant designs. * Proficiency in SolidWorks and AutoCAD is essential. **Languages:** * English B2 **Location:** * Cáceres. **Offered:** * Salary commensurate with proven experience. * Immediate incorporation. * Project-based and permanent contract, provided via outsourcing.
