And that’s where you come in. **Job Description:** Hitachi Rail is seeking enthusiastic and motivated WAYSIDE \& ON BOARD SERVICE ENGINEERS to join an exciting and challenging project. And that’s where you come in. **Responsibilities** * Supervise and coordinate 24/7 maintenance teams * Ensure execution of the Maintenance Plan in accordance with contractual requirements * Manage preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance * Manage assigned spare parts, tools, and materials * Identify technical issues and resolve them * Implement new maintenance processes and activities * Maintain maintenance records and databases (CMMS) * Collaborate on team training planning * Collaborate on continuous improvement of maintenance activities * Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Quality standards **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technical Engineering, preferably in Electrical, Electronics, Industrial Maintenance, or equivalent. * Leadership and team management skills * Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities * Proficiency with computer tools * Valid Class B driver’s license * Native Spanish speaker **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience in railway signaling systems or industrial system maintenance * Experience in telecommunications and optical fiber * Basic Occupational Risk Prevention Certification and working-at-heights certification * ADIF authorizations as pilot or work supervisor Thank you for your interest in Hitachi Rail.
