Within this unit, we support organizations in their transformation toward becoming intelligent enterprises by connecting processes, departments, and functions through comprehensive enterprise management solutions. Additionally, we optimize internal processes and operations, and facilitate decision-making through advanced tools for data acquisition and exploitation. **WHAT WILL YOU DO DAILY?** ------------------------------- You will lead implementation projects, perform configuration, optimization, and support of SAP systems. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs, design customized solutions, and ensure successful project delivery. **Your responsibilities will include:** * Conduct detailed analysis of client business processes to identify improvement opportunities. * Design SAP solutions aligned with the client’s strategic objectives. * Configure and customize SAP modules (FI, CO, MM, SD, etc.) to meet business requirements. * Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and ensuring customer satisfaction. * Provide go-live support to resolve issues. * Document configurations, processes, and implemented solutions. * Identify and propose improvements to implementation processes and practices. **WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?** ------------------------- * **University degree** in Computer Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related fields. * **Advanced English proficiency**, especially for international projects. * **Experience:** 3–5 years of SAP consulting experience with a specific focus on one or more modules (FI, CO, MM, SD, PP, HR, etc.). * **Technical/Functional Knowledge:** + Advanced expertise in SAP module configuration and thorough understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture and functionality. + Knowledge of integration with other systems and SAP development tools (ABAP, Fiori, etc.). + SAP certification (desirable) in relevant modules and familiarity with project management methodologies (PMP, Scrum Master). + Ability to analyze complex problems and design effective solutions. + Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
