Location: Dominican Republic Work Mode: On-site – Full-time Position Objective Lead the end-to-end execution of hotel and logistics area construction projects in the Dominican Republic, ensuring compliance with timelines, budget, quality, and local and international regulations. Main Responsibilities * Direct and supervise full construction execution (structure, finishes, MEP installations, and site development). * Coordinate multidisciplinary teams: engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers. * Ensure adherence to project schedule and cost control. * Supervise quality standards, industrial safety, and environmental regulations. * Manage permits, licenses, and compliance with local regulations in the Dominican Republic. * Prepare technical and financial reports for management and stakeholders. * Resolve technical and operational deviations during execution. * Implement best practices for sustainable construction (prior experience in high-end tourism projects preferred). Required Profile * Civil Engineer or Architect (university degree mandatory). * Minimum 10 years of verifiable experience as Construction Manager or Project Manager in construction. * Specific experience in: * Hotel construction (minimum 2 completed projects). * Development of logistics, industrial, or commercial areas. * Budget management experience exceeding USD $10M (desirable). * Proficiency in construction management software (MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, etc.). * Knowledge of Caribbean construction regulations (international experience desirable). * Intermediate or advanced English proficiency (mandatory). * Strong leadership, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
