The selected candidate will be responsible for facilitating agile teams’ work, promoting continuous improvement, ensuring proper application of the agile framework, and removing impediments affecting value delivery. **WHAT WILL YOU DO?** You will participate in high-visibility projects as a team facilitator within Agile environments, providing services to organizations undergoing methodological transformation and evolution. Experience in complex contexts within large public or financial sector organizations will be especially valued. Main responsibilities: Facilitate agile framework dynamics (Scrum, Kanban, or others). Support the team and organization in identifying backlog, MVP, and roadmap. Lead key sessions (Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives, Refinements). Ensure removal of impediments and foster team autonomy. Define and monitor dashboards and performance metrics. Train involved roles (Scrum Masters, Product Owners, development teams). Deliver individual and group coaching to agile teams and leadership. Support appropriate use of agile tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.). Participate in change management initiatives, internal training, and agile scaling. Support the organization’s continuous improvement of its agile framework. **WHAT DO YOU NEED?** * Degree in Engineering or other technical fields. * 4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Delivery Manager, or Agile Coach. * Experience supporting development teams in digital transformation projects. * Experience applying agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or similar. * Proficiency in facilitating team dynamics and resolving conflicts. * Ability to communicate effectively across different levels (teams, clients, managers). * Certification in at least one of the following frameworks (mandatory): PMI\-ACP PMI Agile Certified Practitioner CSM Certified ScrumMaster A\-CSM Advanced Certified ScrumMaster CSP\-SM Certified Scrum Professional \- ScrumMaster PAL Professional Agile Leadership **PREFERRED** * Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, Azure DevOps. * Intermediate level of English. **WHAT DO WE OFFER?** Indefinite full-time contract.
