




Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Manager to ensure restaurant operational continuity by coordinating external suppliers and managing preventive and corrective maintenance activities, optimizing costs. Our **Commercial Premises Maintenance Team (restaurants, cafés, and pizzerias)** works to the highest standards on the facilities, equipment, and technical systems of our restaurants—as well as with our suppliers—to guarantee **safety, functionality, and operational continuity**, enabling our units to focus on what truly matters: delivering unique moments and flavors to our customers. #### **ABOUT THE MAINTENANCE MANAGER ROLE** Your **primary mission** will be to ensure the proper operational continuity of the restaurants within your assigned area by **coordinating external suppliers** and efficiently managing **preventive/predictive and corrective maintenance**, minimizing incidents, optimizing costs, and ensuring compliance with technical and safety standards. ##### **Key Responsibilities Include:** * **Coordinate and supervise maintenance providers** (electricity, HVAC, plumbing, kitchen equipment, etc.), ensuring adherence to agreed service levels, quality standards, and deadlines. * **Plan and manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs** for restaurants within your assigned area, anticipating failures and reducing operational downtime. * **Manage corrective incidents and breakdowns**, prioritizing them based on criticality, tracking resolution progress, and minimizing impact on restaurant operations. * **Support regional management and restaurant teams**, providing technical advice, proposing improvements, and ensuring correct implementation of maintenance standards. * **Monitor maintenance budgets and costs**, validating quotes and invoices, analyzing variances, and proposing optimization measures. * **Supervise regulatory and safety compliance** across facilities and equipment, supporting internal audits and implementation of technical projects in the assigned area. #### **WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR** * Technical education in **Maintenance, Engineering, Electricity, Mechanics, or related fields**. * Minimum **2–3 years’ experience** in maintenance management within multi-site environments, retail, or foodservice—specifically coordinating external suppliers. * Valid **Class B driver’s license**. * Willingness and ability to **frequently travel within the assigned area** and conduct on-site visits to restaurants. * Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and problem-solving orientation. * Prior experience in organized foodservice or multi-brand environments is an advantage. #### **WHAT WE OFFER** * Ongoing **mentoring and continuous learning** within the maintenance function. * **Flexible working hours** and autonomy in work management. * **Hybrid work model**: fieldwork, on-site, and remote work. * Positive working environment and **collaborative culture**. * Opportunities for **professional development and internal mobility** within the group. * **Employee discounts**, extendable to three people of your choice (family/friends). * **Meal vouchers**.
