Position Summary: We are seeking a Quality and Environmental Technician for the railway sector, responsible for managing plans, audits, and quality and environmental control in civil engineering works. Key Points: 1. Experience in Quality and Environmental Management in railway construction. 2. Development and monitoring of Quality and Environmental Plans. 3. For new projects in the Railway Sector, we require a **RAILWAY CIVIL ENGINEERING QUALITY AND ENVIRONMENTAL TECHNICIAN** in Cáceres, reporting to the Project Director. The main responsibilities will be: **Responsibilities** * Preparation of Quality Plans, Inspection Point Programs, and Environmental Management Plans. * Implementation and monitoring of Quality and Environmental Plans and Waste Management Plans (RCDs), as well as legal compliance. * Internal follow-up audits on the implementation of Quality and Environmental Management. * Prior notifications. Documentation control for both systems: Inspection Point Records (PPIs), Construction Drawings (DCS), Inspection Documents (DIs), authorized managers, etc. * Control / Execution of inspections and tests for quality and environmental control on site, verification of correct application of the Environmental Management Plan (PGA), and analysis of Corrective Actions proposed in Non-Conformance Reports generated on site. * Identification, assessment, and proposal of corrective measures for impacts associated with each identified environmental aspect and risk on site. * Participation in customer audits conducted on projects within their scope. * Verification of compliance with the Project Testing Plan. * Supervision of compliance with Quality Plans and quality requirements established for suppliers. * Project indicator management and monitoring of applicable processes. * Management of non-conformities and changes. **Requirements**: * Higher or intermediate degree with Master’s in Quality and/or Environment. * Experience in Quality and Environmental Management in railway construction. **Location** * Cáceres **Offer** * Immediate incorporation * Permanent contract
