Present in 12 countries, we specialize in investment, design, construction, and management of large-scale projects across sectors including **Concessions, Real Estate, Energy, and Infrastructure.** We are recruiting an Electrical Engineer to support and continuously monitor the daily operations of various photovoltaic solar power plants under their responsibility. Workplace: Our Madrid headquarters. **Responsibilities:** * Responsible for the PV plant O&M portfolio. * Define and implement, together with the team, annual maintenance plans and work procedures. * Review contracts with clients and suppliers. * Define and prepare, together with the team, maintenance reports. * Analyze availability and PR data to identify trends, determine root causes of deviations, and propose potential solutions. * Implement continuous improvement initiatives, focusing on efficiency and risk reduction. * Ensure all personnel comply with H&S and Environmental measures. * Availability for occasional travel to photovoltaic installations across Spain. * Client meetings. **Requirements:** * Education: Electrical Engineering degree / Master’s in Renewable Energies or equivalent. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role. * Ability to interpret data from SCADA systems. * Knowledge of CMMS and PVSYST. * English proficiency.
