Job Summary: We are seeking a Project Manager to manage the full lifecycle of urban mobility projects, from initial analysis to final closure, ensuring communication and control at each stage. We support urban mobility projects throughout their entire lifecycle. **What We Expect** ----------------- As Project Manager, you will be assigned a portfolio of projects, for which you must perform the core responsibilities of the role across all project phases. **Responsibilities** * Project Initiation: Contract analysis, scope definition, preliminary planning and price review. Preparation of the project initiation document. * Planning: Development of supply, installation, safety and quality plans. Detailed task-level planning and resource allocation. * Execution: Client communication, management of technical documentation and site visit reports. Control of variations, risks, opportunities and non-conformities. * Monitoring and Control: Oversight of supplies and works. Change management and tracking of key dates (contract, manufacturing, installation). Customer certification and invoicing, as well as supplier invoice control. * Project Closure: Test protocols, industry registrations and handover reports. Delivery to internal and external clients, supplier closure.
