We offer an initial one-year contract during which the selected candidate will train across all departments at our Madrid center: procurement, sales, production, warehouse, ramp, kitchen, cleaning, quality, HR, etc. After the first year of training, the most suitable candidates worldwide will be selected to develop their professional careers with us; therefore, the selected individual will necessarily be relocated to other Newrest bases outside Spain to continue training that will enable them to assume positions of highest responsibility. To carry out core responsibilities, candidates will use group digital tools, our Winrest ERP system, and analyze data to improve processes and productivity. **Key responsibilities across departments will include:** * Planning staffing levels to meet customer order volumes and delivery deadlines. * Ensuring raw material or supply stock levels through close coordination with relevant departments; maintaining inventory control. * Guaranteeing food quality and quantity, and actively participating in client presentations. * Analyzing monthly food costs and coordinating implementation of corrective actions when necessary. * Continuously pursuing productivity improvements. * Sourcing new market products and developing new recipes. * Training staff on production processes, internal procedures, and equipment usage. * Carrying out activities and assuming responsibilities related to the Prevention Plan and the Quality Management System. * Fully complying with the Quality Management System and LOPD (Spanish Data Protection Act). * Complying with safety regulations and ensuring adherence to the company’s quality and food hygiene standards, procedures, and policies—and maintaining HACCP records. * Reviewing and analyzing results from bacteriological and HACCP audits. * Education: Industrial, mechanical or systems engineering, economics, business administration, food industry, etc.; Master’s degree in systems, logistics, or similar fields. * Proficient Microsoft Office user. * Advanced English, both spoken and written. * Immediate availability. * Willingness to travel. * Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. * Proactivity. **ABOUT NEWREST:** Humility, simplicity, efficiency, and a sense of responsibility are Newrest’s core values.
