Job Summary: We are seeking an Industrialization Engineer to provide technical support to the commercial area in evaluating new projects and optimizing production processes. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination of improvement projects for cost reduction Description Arsan is a company offering stamping, assembly, and industrial mounting services, closely collaborating with its customers from the initial product conception stages. It delivers technical solutions combining reliability, competitiveness, and commitment, accompanying each project from technical feasibility through full industrialization. Key sectors served include automotive, rail, and energy generation. The mission of this position is to provide technical support to the commercial area in evaluating new projects, ensuring the technical and economic viability of proposals, and participating in defining, implementing, and optimizing production processes to guarantee their efficiency, stability, and profitability. The responsibilities of the selected candidate will be as follows: 1. Support the Commercial Department in the technical evaluation of new projects. * Prepare the technical portion of quotations: timelines, costs, required investments. 2. Participate in the industrialization of new references. * Design and improve tooling and fixtures. * Ensure up-to-date technical documentation. * Analyze non-conformities and deviations. * Provide technical support to Production. 3. Coordinate improvement projects to reduce costs and increase productivity. * Manage internal and external technical projects. Requirements The following requirements are mandatory: * Degree in Technical or Higher Engineering * Minimum 2 years’ experience in industrial environments, preferably in stamping * Knowledge of die-making and/or mold injection * Knowledge of electric motors is desirable * Experience in preparing PFMEAs * Proficiency in design software: SOLIDWORKS, AutoCAD * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite * English language proficiency is desirable * Ability to work independently and autonomously * Ability to coordinate people and projects * Commitment to inclusion, respect, and personal and professional development of individuals. * Ability to make decisions while understanding their technical and economic impact.
