Join our team as: Preventive Maintenance Manager 1 The MISSION of this position is to plan and execute major shutdowns and CAPEX projects while integrating safety and quality. The main responsibilities of this position are: * Define the organization and roles of the team involved at each stage of major shutdowns. * Establish objectives for each major shutdown. * Identify training needs and communicate them to the responsible department for inclusion in the training plan for personnel involved in the shutdown. * Manage infrastructure and resource requirements necessary for preparation and execution of major shutdowns. * Implement economic monitoring and tracking of major shutdowns and CAPEX. * Prioritize and assign major shutdown work to third-party service providers jointly with the Procurement Department. * Coordinate major shutdown activities across departments during planning and execution phases. * Optimize the critical path. * Assess potential risks and develop contingency plans. * Supervise commissioning tests and handover of key equipment. * Improve the major shutdown and CAPEX planning system regarding schedule and budget, and ensure its sustainability through AAR (After Action Review). Requirements: Education: Mechanical Engineering (EC), Industrial Technical Engineering (Mechanical), Industrial Engineering, Industrial Technical Engineering (Mechanical), Industrial Technical Engineering.
