Autonomy to implement improvements and optimize processes #### **About the Plant Manager Role** LUZA Group is seeking a **Plant Manager** with both technical and operational vision, capable of synchronizing and aligning all processes between the Technical Office and the Production Plant, ensuring correct execution of residential construction material manufacturing at the Segovia factory. This role will be pivotal in guaranteeing seamless coordination among engineering, design, production, quality, logistics, and industrialization, acting as the primary liaison to optimize timelines, resources, and processes within a demanding, results-oriented industrial environment. **Responsibilities and Tasks:** * Comprehensive HR management and planning: recruitment, hiring, training, development, career plans, compensation policies, and personnel administration. * Definition of organizational structure, internal communication, and change management. * Labor relations management, collective bargaining, and liaison with trade union representatives and official bodies. * Design and implementation of quality, information, and control systems, ensuring continuous improvement and customer satisfaction. * Technical, technological, and innovation responsibilities, including R\+D, new product development, and equipment procurement. * Oversight of industrial engineering activities, process improvement, facility design, and equipment optimization. * Management of construction, expansion, and modification projects for industrial facilities. * Supervision of full industrial operations: procurement, supply, manufacturing, maintenance, quality, occupational health and safety (PRL), environmental management, and distribution logistics. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Degree in Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Materials Engineering, or related field. * Minimum of **3** **years’ experience managing an industrial plant**, preferably in construction-related sectors or materials manufacturing. * Advanced ability to interpret technical drawings and Technical Office documentation. * Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams across engineering and production. * Ability to operate under fast-paced conditions and make operational decisions. * Solid knowledge of production processes, industrialization, and manufacturing control. * Leadership, organizational, and technical problem-solving skills for on-site incidents. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in factories producing construction materials or prefabricated components. * Familiarity with CAD/BIM software used by Technical Offices (to facilitate coordination). * Experience in Lean process optimization or productive flow improvement. * Technical-level English proficiency. **What We Offer:** * Strategic position with direct impact on production. * Dynamic and challenging industrial environment. * 100% on-site work at the **Segovia (Valverde del Majano) factory.** * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 07:00–15:00 * On-site team leadership. * Growth opportunities within a solid company in the residential construction sector. * Permanent contract with competitive terms. * Role with autonomy to implement improvements and optimize processes.
