Join our team as: Plant Manager (Albox) **Job Mission:** Lead comprehensive management of the plant (Geocycle/Albox), ensuring operational excellence, personnel safety, and environmental compliance. You will be responsible for maximizing Alternative Fuels (AFR) production for cement plants, ensuring profitability, human resource management, and institutional representation of the company. Key Responsibilities: Operations and Production Strategy Management * **Production Maximization:** Ensure AFR (Alternative Fuels) production capacity and stock levels to guarantee continuous supply to cement factories, meeting required quality and quantity standards. * **Efficiency and Costs:** Control budget (FINPLAN), optimize operational costs across production lines, and minimize on-site transport dwell times (logistics). * **Waste Technical Management:** Supervise waste acceptance, pre-qualification, and storage processes, ensuring proper segregation and treatment according to physical characteristics and risk assessments. * **Investments (CAPEX):** Lead definition and execution of new investment projects to improve efficiency, acting as the “internal client” and ensuring correct commissioning and legal authorization of new facilities.
