If you have experience supervising civil and mechanical construction and are seeking to join a challenging project in the photovoltaic sector, this is your opportunity. **About the Position:** As a Photovoltaic Mechanical/Civil Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper execution of civil and mechanical works for the project, guaranteeing compliance with established quality and technical standards. Your role will be fundamental to the project’s success, coordinating teams and subcontractors while ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. **Your key responsibilities will include:** * Detailed supervision of civil and mechanical works at the photovoltaic plant. * Rigorous quality control of work performed and compliance with technical specifications. * Management and coordination of work teams and subcontractors involved in the project. * Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations throughout all phases of construction. * Active participation in project progress meetings, preparing reports and managing incidents. * Preparation of technical and progress reports. * Validation of measurements and work certifications. * Collaboration with other departments (engineering, quality, safety) to resolve issues and optimize processes. * Monitoring of the project schedule and allocated resources. * Ensuring correct installation of mechanical systems (solar trackers, structures, etc.). **What We Are Looking For:** To join our team, you must meet the following requirements: * University degree in Mechanical, Civil, Industrial Engineering or related field. * Minimum of 3 years’ proven experience in construction supervision roles, preferably within the renewable energy sector. * Specific experience in the construction and supervision of photovoltaic power plants. * Experience managing work teams and subcontractors. * Mandatory completion of the 60-hour Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) course, with certification as a Preventive Resource. * Geographic availability to work across various national locations. **Desirable Qualifications:** * Familiarity with project management tools. * Experience in construction budget control. * Proficiency in design or CAD software. **What We Offer:** At Eosol Group, we offer you the opportunity to join a rapidly growing company and a leader in the renewable energy sector.
