This role is essential to ensure the proper execution and supervision of electrical activities across our solar projects. The ideal candidate must possess solid experience in the electrical field, as well as in-depth knowledge of photovoltaic technology. **Responsibilities** --------------------- As a **Photovoltaic Electrical Supervisor**, your key responsibilities will include: * **Technical Supervision**: Lead and supervise the on-site electrical team, ensuring all activities comply with established safety and quality regulations. * **Planning and Coordination**: Organize and plan electrical installation activities, ensuring proper alignment among different teams and project sectors. * **Project Management**: Collaborate in managing the project schedule, monitoring progress, and ensuring milestones are achieved within established deadlines. * **Regulatory Compliance**: Ensure all installations comply with local and international electrical safety and environmental regulations. * **Problem Solving**: Identify and resolve technical issues arising during the installation phase, ensuring uninterrupted on-site work. * **Reporting**: Prepare periodic reports on the status of electrical installations and team activities, effectively communicating both challenges and achievements to management. * **Training**: Provide training and guidance to team personnel on best electrical practices and safety procedures. * **Interdisciplinary Collaboration**: Work closely with supervisors from other disciplines and administrative staff to ensure consistency and smooth workflow across the project. **Requirements** -------------- To apply for the position of **Photovoltaic Electrical Supervisor**, candidates must meet the following requirements: * **Education**: Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related field. * **Experience**: Minimum 2 years of experience supervising electrical projects, preferably in the photovoltaic sector. * **Technical Knowledge**: In-depth knowledge of photovoltaic systems, electrical regulations, and associated technologies. Experience with electrical design and simulation software is an advantage. * **Valid PRL 60H Course** * **Leadership Skills**: Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, fostering collaboration and conflict resolution. * **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish.
