Your work will be critical to ensuring that all tasks are executed in accordance with technical specifications, schedules, and budgets—guaranteeing maximum quality and safety. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Strategic Planning:** Develop comprehensive work plans for painting and insulation activities during equipment shutdowns. This includes precisely defining the scope of work, selecting appropriate materials, determining the most efficient execution techniques, and performing detailed cost estimation. Consolidate work packages (Job Packages) to optimize management. * **Interdepartmental Coordination:** Integrate and coordinate work sequences with all affected trades—including mechanical, scaffolding, inspection, and other relevant departments—to ensure smooth operational synergy. * **Innovation and Continuous Improvement:** Research and propose adoption of advanced and automated technologies to optimize painting processes, surface treatment, and insulation installation/removal. * **Task Management and Prioritization:** Evaluate and prioritize painting and insulation tasks based on work orders, material availability, resource allocation, and other critical factors—ensuring maximum operational efficiency. * **Document Management:** Maintain and manage all required documentation for various work orders, ensuring regulatory compliance and full traceability. * **Field Supervision:** Conduct direct and rigorous on-site supervision of painting and insulation work during shutdown execution, ensuring compliance with quality standards, safety requirements, and established procedures. * **Regulatory Compliance:** Ensure strict adherence to all Occupational Health and Safety regulations—including possession and application of the 60-hour Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) course. **Essential Requirements:** * Minimum 5 years’ demonstrable experience in planning and/or supervising industrial painting and insulation projects. * In-depth knowledge of materials, techniques, and specifications for painting and insulation in industrial environments. * Proven ability to manage and coordinate multidisciplinary work teams. * Experience in preparing and managing budgets and cost estimates. * Excellent communication and negotiation skills. * Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines—especially during plant shutdowns. * Willingness to travel and work at various locations as project needs require. * **Mandatory:** Possession and maintenance of a valid 60-hour Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) course certificate. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Technical or university education in related fields (Engineering, Chemistry, etc.). * Familiarity with project planning software (MS Project, Primavera, etc.). * Experience implementing new technologies or automated processes. * Specific certifications in painting or insulation (NACE, AMPP, FROSIO, etc.). * Technical English proficiency. **Why Join Eosol Group?** We offer a dynamic and challenging work environment, opportunities for professional development, and the chance to participate in large-scale projects.
