Position Summary: We are seeking an Electrical Motor Development Engineer to lead the development of new products in aerodynamic surface control and actuator systems. Key Highlights: 1. And we do so with one clear idea: **Creating Precision**. ###### ***The Mission of the Role*** You will join the **Electrical Motor Development Group** to **lead the development of new products** in **aerodynamic surface control and actuator systems**. ###### ***What Technical Challenge Will You Lead?*** * **Analysis and negotiation of requirements** for new motors with customers. * Definition of the **Execution Plan** and **cost estimation**. * Definition of the **product architecture**. * Coordination of mechanical engineering: **3D design**, **structural and thermal analysis**, **mechanical performance analysis**, component specification/selection (**bearings, sensors**, etc.). * Coordination with **electronics and control**: requirements, interfaces, budgets, and performance. * Definition/execution of the **validation campaign**: monitoring of manufacturing, assembly, and prototype testing. * **Industrialization** and production support. * Technical management of **subcontractors and suppliers**, including technical **follow-up**. * **Direct customer interface**, product improvement, and obsolescence management. * Participation in proposals: conceptual, preliminary, pre-sizing, verification, cost/resource estimation. ###### ***What We Expect From You:*** * Master’s Degree / Higher Engineering Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in **Industrial Engineering (Mechanical)** or equivalent. * **+10 years** of experience, including at least **6 years** in motor **design, calculation, and testing**, and **2 years** leading motor development teams in R&D/Engineering/Production (automotive, aerospace, robotics, machine tools, etc.). * Advanced English proficiency. **Especially valued:** * Sizing and analysis of machine components. * **Electromagnetic, thermal, and structural analysis**. * Functional and environmental testing of prototypes/equipment. * Ability to translate customer needs into requirements and development plans; multidisciplinary leadership focused on performance and timelines. ###### ***What We Offer You:*** These are some of the benefits you’ll enjoy at Sener: * You’ll have the opportunity to participate in innovative, high-tech international projects, collaborating with a multidisciplinary and highly qualified team. * You’ll enjoy better time management through our flexible working hours and remote work policies. * You can optimize your salary via our flexible compensation plan (meal card, private health insurance, childcare vouchers, etc.) and benefit from life and accident insurance. * We’ll support your physical and emotional wellbeing through our wellness program, which includes sports activities, workshops, etc. * We’ll foster your professional development with technical training, soft skills, language courses, etc., helping you grow and achieve your goals. * We promote equal opportunities, diversity, and inclusion for all individuals and are certified as a Family-Responsible Entity (EFRE).
