Job Summary: We are seeking an ML/IA Tech Lead to lead the design and operation of an Artificial Intelligence platform, define MLOps architectures, and act as a technical reference and mentor. We are over 4,000 professionals across 11 countries, with a multicultural, startup-oriented culture that fosters innovation, continuous learning, and the creation of high-impact solutions for our clients. **We are looking for: Tech Lead ML/IA** **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead the design, evolution, and operation of an Artificial Intelligence and agent (Agentic Platform) platform in enterprise, production-grade environments. * Define, design, and govern MLOps, LLMOps, and AgentOps architectures and frameworks. * Ensure production deployment, observability, and continuous operation of AI solutions. * Drive technical improvements and propose new capabilities within the platform. * Serve as a technical reference, team mentor, and key point of contact with business units, cloud, and security teams in regulated environments. * Support internal users and business units in defining and adopting new AI use cases. **Requirements:** **Mandatory:** * More than 7 years of experience in Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Data, or advanced software platforms. * Proven experience deploying AI solutions into production. * Proficiency in Python and API development (preferably FastAPI). * Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and containers/Kubernetes. * Solid knowledge of GenAI, RAG, agents, and MLOps/LLMOps/AgentOps. * Experience leading technical teams (2–5 members). Desirable: * Residence in Madrid or availability to attend occasionally. * Experience in regulated sectors. * Cloud, MLOps, or AI certifications. * Experience designing enterprise AI platforms.
