We seek a specialized and rigorous professional with solid experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365. The ideal candidate will focus on platform administration, operation, and monitoring, ensuring its performance and availability—particularly in hybrid and multi-cloud environments. ***Main Responsibilities:*** * Administration and Operation: Administer, operate, and monitor the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform (currently Dynamics 365) to guarantee high performance and availability. * Implementation and Configuration: Actively participate in the implementation, initial configuration, and subsequent evolution of solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365. * Cloud Management: Ensure proper system operation in cloud environments, including hybrid and multi-cloud architectures. * Maintenance and Support: Apply patches, perform backups, resolve Level 2/3 incidents, and provide advanced technical support to end users. * Methodology: Integrate the platform with DevOps and Agile (Scrum) methodologies to optimize deployment cycles and deliveries. ***What We Offer:*** * Permanent, indefinite-term contract. * Opportunity to work on high-impact technological projects of large scale. * Collaborative, dynamic work environment focused on continuous improvement. * Flexible working hours. **Requirements:** --------------- 1. Professional Experience * Minimum of 3 years’ experience in implementing, configuring, administering, and operating Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) platforms. Additional experience or relevant prior versions will be positively considered. 2. Certifications * Hold an official Microsoft Dynamics CRM certification (or equivalent for Dynamics 365). * Demonstrated experience administering the Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365 platform. 3. Additional Technical Training * Document at least 50 hours of training in courses covering Administration, Operation, and Monitoring of Cloud-based Systems, with demonstrable experience in both hybrid and multi-cloud environments. * Document at least 25 hours of training in Project Management courses for Administration, Operation, and Monitoring of Cloud-based Products, in both hybrid and multi-cloud environments. * Document at least 24 hours of training in DevOps and/or Agile (Scrum) methodologies. 4. Required Qualification * University degree (MECES Level 2 / EQF Level 6): Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or Technical Engineer (or equivalents) in Engineering, Computer Science, or Sciences.
