




Job Summary: Ensure the proper operation of equipment by managing technical and human resources for operations according to defined quality, safety, and cost standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Technical incident management and resolution on production equipment. 2. Preparation and execution of preventive maintenance. 3. Training of personnel in Level-1 maintenance (CIL). Job Mission Ensure the proper operation of equipment by managing technical and human resources across all operations within the scope of responsibility. Tasks must be performed in accordance with the Group’s defined quality, safety, cost, and timeline standards, and within the Budget. Main Responsibilities: * Management (diagnosis and resolution) of technical incidents affecting production equipment. * Ensure proper management for resolving recurring incidents / corrective actions in the Production Engineering area, defining required tasks to mitigate / eliminate impact. * Preparation and execution of preventive maintenance to guarantee proper operation of production and general plant equipment. * Training of MOD and technical personnel in Level-1 maintenance (CIL) of equipment. * Coordinate with other maintenance technicians, ensuring transmission of the most relevant incident information. * Ensure communication to guarantee that information related to equipment—as well as all documentation, spare parts, and materials—is executed in accordance with the preventive / corrective plan. * Coordinate with the technical specialist, or, in their absence, with the responsible person for the affected machine, regarding incidents occurring. * Enter and close work orders generated during the shift in the maintenance software. * Request procurement of necessary materials and spare parts for equipment and inform Production Engineering upon detecting any incident. * Define and identify improvement actions and participate in their implementation. * Participate in validations, qualifications, claims, action plans, follow-ups, and projects within the Production Engineering area. * Ensure product quality in accordance with company standards and applicable legislation within the area of responsibility. * Execute technical actions arising from risk alerts and deviations from the production unit. * Participate in SMS and Performance Management activities in alignment with Production Engineering objectives. * Participate in fulfilling the HSE Action Plan. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area (Production Maintenance Workshop). Cross-functional Responsibilities: * Comply with regulations (external or internal) concerning labor legislation, quality protocols, environmental protection, and occupational safety. * Actively participate in talent management initiatives promoted by the company. * Apply HSE protocols established for performing job functions—including use of PPE, knowledge of occupational risk prevention documentation, legal authorizations for safe work, and any other applicable requirements. * Comply with applicable Quality regulations governing the performance of job functions. null
