We are currently looking for a **Maintenance Contracting Intern** to support the technical, documentary, and operational management of maintenance contracts at the University of Barcelona, collaborating with an expert, multidisciplinary team. **Main Responsibilities** * **Management and monitoring of assigned maintenance contracts**. * **Preparation of quarterly documentation for clients**: Reports on HVAC equipment, PCI, electrical installations, security systems, heating systems, etc. * **Progressive involvement in preparing technical proposals**: On-site facility visits accompanied by the team; note-taking, needs identification, order preparation; development and follow-up of work if the proposal progresses. **Requirements** * Currently pursuing or recently completed university studies in Industrial Engineering or related fields. * Problem-solving attitude and team-oriented mindset. * Strong communication skills. * Proficiency in EXCEL. * Catalan language proficiency is a plus. * Proactivity and eagerness to learn in a dynamic and multidisciplinary environment. **What We Offer** * Paid internships lasting 6 months to 1 year. * Working hours: Full-time, morning shift only. * Professional growth and future opportunities. * Opportunity to intern with a growing, continuously developing organization. * Dynamic, professional, and positive work environment. * Integration into a highly qualified team. **Committed to Inclusion** At ENGIE, we value and promote diversity and inclusion.
