Opportunity for professional development and continuous learning Level 2 Software Support – Mobility Projects At CMV Consultores, we are looking for a Level 2 Software Support/Maintenance profile to support technological mobility projects (SDR, ARION, SCAZE and others). If you are passionate about software, incident resolution, and working in innovative hybrid environments, this is your opportunity to join a dynamic and professional team. Main Responsibilities Install and configure software versions and configuration files. Collaborate with the Level 1 team on testing and reproducing incidents. **Perform preventive maintenance:** version reviews, data integrity checks, log cleanup, and compression of obsolete files. **Execute corrective maintenance tasks:** server, instance, and pod restarts; certificate renewals; process and database monitoring in APMs (Zabbix, Dynatrace). Resolve known errors by following technical manuals and knowledge bases. Analyze incidents, categorize them, and escalate to Level 3 in JIRA when required. Ensure traceability and effective communication with Level 1 and Level 3 support. Propose continuous improvements to team operations and processes. Requirements **Education:** Computer Engineering or Telecommunications Engineering degree. Experience with Linux and Windows, Oracle and SQL Server databases. Knowledge of SQL Developer, database administration, and HW/SW system modeling. Experience with ticket management tools (Maximo, Remedy, GMAU) and collaborative suites (JIRA, Confluence...). Basic knowledge of microservices architectures and Kubernetes. Basic Occupational Health and Safety (PRL) training and use of PPE (boots, vest, helmet). Intermediate English proficiency.
