About the Role At Capgemini Engineering, we are looking for a Systems Safety Engineer to join a specialized team focused on systems safety analysis, evaluation, and management in the aerospace sector. You will participate in the development of robust and reliable solutions, contributing to compliance with international standards and ensuring airworthiness and safety throughout all product lifecycle phases. You will be part of a multidisciplinary technical environment, collaborating with design, integration, and certification teams, and participating in the development of safety analyses according to industry reference methodologies and regulations. What will you do on the project? * Perform safety analyses of aerospace systems: FHA, pSSA, SSA, Fault Trees, and qualitative and quantitative analyses. * Identify and assess risks related to common causes, common failure modes, and other system-specific risks. * Manage and trace safety requirements from concept phase through certification and entry into service. * Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure achievement of system safety objectives. * Review continued airworthiness documentation to ensure fleet safety in service. * Participate in verification and validation activities for safety requirements. * Maintain clear and effective technical communication with design, certification, and development teams. Your Profile To thrive in this position, the following knowledge is required: * Degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related field. * Knowledge of or interest in safety and reliability engineering. * Familiarity with—or motivation to learn—methodologies and standards such as ARP 4761, ARP 4754A, CS/AC 25\.1309\. * Ability to analyze technical requirements and understand the operation of complex systems. * Skill in communicating with diverse teams and participating in collaborative environments. * English proficiency level B2/C1\.
