You will participate in the Communications Design Office, supporting system definition and, especially, requirements management and traceability, ensuring solutions meet the project’s technical and quality requirements. . **What You’ll Do on the Project?** * Analyze, define, and manage system/subsystem communications requirements, ensuring quality, consistency, and verifiability. * Maintain requirements traceability and support the full lifecycle from definition through verification. * Work with IBM DOORS (or other requirements management tools) to organize, update, and control the requirements baseline. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (systems, HW, SW, integration/validation) to align technical needs and interfaces. * Support preparation of associated technical documentation (specifications, traceability matrices, verification evidence, etc.). * Participate in technical reviews, progress meetings, and project milestones. . **Your Profile** To thrive in this role, you should have: * A degree in Engineering (Telecommunications, Electronics or related field). * 1+ years of experience (internships, final-year projects/theses, and academic projects are valued) in systems engineering, communications, or related environments. * Experience or familiarity with requirements management and tools such as DOORS. * Ability to work with technical documentation and in environments with defined processes. * English language proficiency at B2+ level (mandatory). .
