We are currently seeking a **JUNIOR MATERIALS TECHNICIAN** to join a project with a global leader in chemical products. **What responsibilities will you have?** * Coding materials in the material management system for approval by the “Approver” assigned by the company. * Associating all necessary spare parts required for equipment repair and maintenance. Such association will be performed in the computer system provided by the company. * Providing ad-hoc support regarding spare parts to meet various departmental needs. * Identifying spare parts obsolescence and updating the required master data in the spare parts management system. * Collecting, digitizing, and archiving all information related to each maintenance activity. * Generating purchase requisitions based on requirements and monitoring departmental orders. * Managing billing workflows and addressing supplier inquiries regarding invoice status in the system and payment dates. * Administrative closure of work orders. * Tracking orders for services already executed, to ensure proper cost allocation to work orders, cost centers, projects, etc. * Monitoring work associated with preventive technical assistance orders. **What can we offer you?** * Opportunity to join a leading company in the engineering sector. * Permanent employment contract. * Project duration: 1 year. * Working hours: 8–5 p.m. REQUIREMENTS **What are we looking for in you?** * Mechanical Engineering or related degree. * SAP proficiency. * Advanced office software skills (Microsoft Office suite). * Structural knowledge of CMMS database. * Data mining skills. * Basic knowledge of industrial organization (Manufacturing, Maintenance, procedures, projects, assets, FDs...) *To proceed with the selection process, we require candidates’ Employment History, per our internal policy.
