Job Description A leading company in the construction and engineering sector is seeking to hire a Civil Works Manager for our projects in the province of Málaga. The selected candidate will be responsible for the planning, execution, and technical-economic control of assigned projects, ensuring compliance with deadlines, quality, safety, and budget. Main Responsibilities * Plan, coordinate, and supervise the execution of assigned civil works. * Manage work teams, subcontractors, and suppliers. * Control project quality, timelines, and costs. * Prepare certifications, measurements, and progress reports. * Coordinate with technical management, clients, and the technical office. * Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Requirements * Education: o Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Public Works, or Industrial Engineering. * Experience: o Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in managing and executing civil works. * Knowledge: o Cost control, construction planning, and contractor management. o Proficiency with project management tools and technical software (MS Project, AutoCAD, Presto, etc.). * Personal Skills: o Leadership, organizational ability, results-oriented, and strong communication skills. * Class B driver's license and willingness to travel.
