




Job Summary: We are seeking a student intern for the Process Engineering department, supporting tooling tracking and PPAP documentation, with training on PQ-FMEA software. Key Highlights: 1. Collaboration in tooling tracking and PPAP documentation generation. 2. Training on PQ-FMEA software for AMFE line introduction. 3. Knowledge of automotive launch projects from an engineering perspective. We are opening an internship position in the Process Engineering department located at our Paterna headquarters. Main Responsibilities: Support tooling tracking. Support PPAP documentation generation. Use PQ-FMEA software for AMFE (Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) line introduction; specific AMFE training will be provided. Collaborate on technical tasks with NX design. Understand the entire automotive launch project from the engineering perspective (from design feasibility, machinery and tooling procurement, to internal and customer approval). Familiarity with APQP and PPAP documentation for various customers (Volvo, Ford, VW, BMW, Mercedes, Stellantis), associated with the entire launch project. Requirements Education and Academic Level: Currently enrolled in the final year of Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related disciplines. Eligible for curricular or extracurricular internship credits. Availability: Ability to undertake full-time internships (8 hours per day) during standard office hours. Commitment to a minimum internship duration of 6 months (or as required by the university internship agreement). Languages: Intermediate English level (B2), both written and spoken, as some documents and internal communications are in English. Willingness and ability to commute to the Paterna Technology Park.
