At **Expleo**, we aim to expand our team by hiring a **Senior Hardware Engineer – Team Lead** to join an international project within the **defense sector**, leading hardware development for test benches in a highly innovative and multidisciplinary environment. **Role Mission:** As **Hardware Team Leader**, you will assume technical and organizational responsibility for the team tasked with designing, developing, and validating test-bench hardware. You will play a key role in decision-making, client liaison, and coordinating work in an international setting. Your main responsibilities will be:* **Team management and leadership** for hardware design. * **Translating system and product requirements** into hardware specifications: interfaces, power budgets, communications, and performance. * **Leading design decisions (trade-offs)** considering cost, manufacturability, reliability, component availability, and product roadmap. * **Technical review of hardware** developed for test benches. * **Execution of tests, analysis of results, and resolution of discrepancies**. * **Responsibility for product installation**, both at the factory and at the test bench facilities. * **Direct point of contact with the client**, managing communication and technical requirements. * Participation in **international projects** and collaboration with multicultural teams. **What will make you succeed in this role:** **Education*** Completed engineering degree, preferably in **Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering**, or related fields. **Experience*** Minimum **7 years** of experience in designing electrical and electronic test benches. * Experience managing teams and **direct client interaction**. **Technical Competencies*** Solid knowledge of **Electricity and Electronics**, PCBs, and communication protocols. * Proficiency with electrical design tools, especially **Siemens Capital**. * Ability to perform **design and test analysis**. **Personal Competencies*** Strong **teamwork**, organizational skills, and adaptability to change. * Problem-solving orientation and ability to make technical decisions. **Languages*** Minimum **B2 level English** (working language). **Desirable*** Experience in sectors such as **defense, aerospace, rail, or automotive**. * Additional experience with complementary electrical design tools. **Why Join Expleo?** At Expleo, we believe in professional growth and in an environment where people can reach their full potential.
